For my final project, I chose to do another type portrait of a good friend of mine. I chose to do a type portrait because I enjoyed working on them before and I wanted to try my skills on another picture.
This project involved taking a picture of any building and creating a computerized version in Adobe Illustrator. I used the Golden Pagota ("Kinkakuji" in Japanese).
This project involved using type as art. The class was to take a picture and recreate it using nothing but type in three different ways: Line, Shape, and Value.
The goal of this project was to create a logo for an imaginary architectural company. Then, we were to design a letter, business card, and stationary that incorporated the logo.
This project was to create a website for an imaginary tattoo parlor. I tried to stick with my interest of yoga and meditation to base my website off of.
The goal of this project was to recreate a dream sequence that the individual artist may or may not encounter. I tried to use familiar objects and places because that is usually what I dream about. Then I added random images to complete the dreamlike feel of the picture.
This was our first project in Computer Graphics at Northampton Community College. The goal of the project was to place a picture of ourselves into a picture from another time period. I put myself into a famous picture of Confederate POWs at Gettysburg.
